The Hostel
Hostel Seixe exists since 1988 as a small and familiar pension. It was freshly remodelled in 2013 and it is located right in the center of the picturesque village of Odeceixe. The marvelouse beach is just 3km away and offers a breathtaking landscape. Seixe is the name of the river which marks the border between Algarve and Alentejo. The Algarve is the south-western region of the Iberian Peninsula and offers an intoxicating mix of Atlantic and Mediterranean influences.

In the early 1970's, Odeceixe was a general meeting place of hippies and globetrotters and a well-known location on the European hippie-trail. Nowadays the region is famous for surfing, hiking and nature lovers and you still find an easy coming-easy going laid-back feeling and the wild nature of the West-Algarve! The nightlife is chilled but not unfamous for party. There are bars, restaurants and tascas where you can have unforgetabel tasty moments.
At the Hostel Seixe we also appreciate a good environment.
The terrace is like a plateau for breakfast or barbecue and it is for the use of all. The rooms are very artistically decorated with a strong reference to the culture of the area and you feel at home.
